Payment Terms

All services provided by Mas Designs require a 50% advance payment upon initiation of the project. The remaining 50% payment is due upon completion of the project, before the final deliverables are provided.

Refund Policy

Once the initial 50% payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. In case the client wishes to cancel the project or request a refund due to a change of mind or any other reason, the initial 50% payment will not be returned.

Exceptions

If the client is unsatisfied with the designs or any services provided by Mas Designs, a refund can be requested.
In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting 30% of the total project amount.
The refund will be issued within 7-10 working days from the date of the refund request.
By proceeding with the payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the refund policy of Mas Designs.
